Job Descriptions.

1. Responsible for the coordination of the overall HR department and establish a conductive working environment.
2. To handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance / disciplinary related issues.
3. Responsible to provide advice, update and guidance to management on all government policies, affairs and requirements including liaising with relevant government bodies on all related government / statutory concerning business operation like Immigration, Labor Dept, and license renewal.
4. To issue memo and take care of company overall communication.
5. To supervise and oversee subordinate duties.
6. To handle office admin related matters.
7. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources.
- People-oriented, you have a good working knowledge of the HR functions, local labour legislation and HR administration.
- Understanding the business priorities has the ability to perform basic analysis of statistics and attention to detail.
- A team player, you enjoy sharing knowledge and building good working relationships at all levels.
- Required Language: Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Honest, ethical, mature, positive, enthusiastic.
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate and embrace professional integrity at the workplace.
- Computer literacy such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Forms and MS Outlook.
- Can Handle pressure and meet tight datelines.
- Wiling to work in Tanjung Agas, Muar, Johor.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
