Account Asisstant

Assistant Cost Controller will assist Cost Controller and ensure smooth and effective day to day routine work for cost control. Additionally responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help and maintain a correct inventory of food and beverage items for the entire hotel.
- Assist to control food and beverage cost
- Assist to control f&b outlets wastage and spoilage
- Assist to assess all food items to ensure lowest price without jeopardizing food quality
- Assist to analyze invoices to ensure correct items been received at right cost
- Asisst to prepare monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales for all f&b outlet
- Assist to prepare month end inventory process and inventory list
- Assist to prepare the monthly cost board for all F&B outlet to determine food and beverage cost are in line with industry rate
- Assist to provide price analysis for market list items on quarterly for tender process compare price
- Assist to ensure the proper stock issuing method (FIFO) been practise for all perishable
- Assist to prepare and perform any report require by immediate supervisor
- Assist to advise management on the price increase for all the items purchase
- Assist to check and verify void in POS system
- Asisst to check and verify OC, complimentary, entertainment, manager on duty (MOD) and staff meal are as per company SOP
- Perform any other duties as required by the Management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
