1. Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
2. Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
3. Set CNC turning & milling machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
4. Supervise the CNC turning & milling machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
5. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
6. Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work-piece as guides for subsequent machining as necessary.
7. Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on CNC turning & milling machines as necessary to machine parts as required.
8. Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures.
9. Starts and observes CNC turning & milling machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
10. Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning,
facing, knurling and thread chasing operations

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years and above experience in manufacturing
