Sales Gallery Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings to effectively assist customers and support the sales team.
- Assist agencies, end financiers, and panel lawyers with product knowledge, booking procedures, and related inquiries;
- Coordinate visits by bankers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain the upkeep of gallery and showroom unit, furniture, fittings, and surrounding areas coordinating with the person in charge (PIC) for necessary repairs or maintenance;
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of showroom supplies (e.g., brochures, refreshments, cleaning items, stationery & toiletries);
- First point of contact for Guard & register, cleaner and gardener and to monitor their duties;
- Ensure the availability and upkeep of emergency supplies (e.g., first aid kit) and maintain updated emergency contact numbers (e.g, Police, Fire Department, Hospitals etc);
- Coordinate with event planners on event day duties, including organizing refreshments and ensuring all arrangements are in place;
- Ensure compliance with Social Network Services (SNS) policies, such as updating Facebook and Google Reviews;
- Carry out other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall success of the showroom.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.
- **Attributes**: Ability to lead and work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Working hour: Wednesday-Sunday (11:00am-7.00pm)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:

- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
