- Stay updated on new and existing grant opportunities to advise clients effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore labour laws and HR regulations.
- Support clients in audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems tailored to client needs.
- Provide coaching and development plans to optimize workforce performance.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their unique HR needs.
- Act as a strategic partner in addressing HR challenges and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge with Singapore government law and employment act.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s grant schemes and administration processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
