**Job Summary**:
As a **Business Development Executive**, you will play a versatile role in generating business leads, supporting operations and partners, as well as assisting in market analysis. You will serve as a key liaison between the marketing, sales, and operations teams and external parties to ensure the company’s strategic growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development & Sales**
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Identify new prospects and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Present products/services to clients and partners in a professional manner.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

**2. Marketing**
- Plan and coordinate both digital and physical marketing campaigns.
- Prepare promotional materials and participate in marketing events (roadshows, exhibitions, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

**3. Operations & Partner Support**
- Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure smooth integration.
- Support the BD Manager in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
- Communicate promotional updates and announcements to relevant stakeholders.

**4. Data & Reporting**
- Accurately maintain and update business development-related data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance and trade-in program reports.
- Manage distributor contract documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Act as the PIC (Person-in-Charge) for ROS database management and account creation.

**5. Market Insights**
- Gather feedback from retail staff for operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proactive, creative, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
