**Job Overview**:
We need a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator who can produce captivating video content that resonates with our audience. This role requires someone who can keep up with the fast pace of social media trends, especially on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and posting viral content while ensuring that we stay relevant, fresh, and engaging. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and expertise in video editing, particularly using **CapCut**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation & Editing**: Produce creative, high-energy video content that aligns with Babymama Shoppe’s brand image, using **CapCut** or other tools to create polished and professional videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- **Trendspotting**: Stay on top of current social media trends and viral content, creating videos that capitalize on these trends to boost engagement and reach.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and post content on our social media channels consistently, ensuring that we maintain an active presence and engage with our growing community.
- **Engagement & Community Building**: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions. Build relationships with our audience and foster a strong sense of community around the brand.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze the performance of your posts and videos, using insights to optimize content strategy and make data-driven decisions for future content.
- **Adaptability**: Work quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of a high-volume content schedule, ensuring quality content is produced regularly without compromising on creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
- A vibrant, friendly, and positive personality that fits the Babymama Shoppe brand.
- Proficient in **video editing**, particularly using **CapCut** (experience with other software is a plus).
- Ability to create viral-worthy content that aligns with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience in social media content creation, with a proven ability to increase engagement and reach.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep up with the fast-paced nature of viral content creation.
- A genuine interest or background in the baby, parenting, or retail industry is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
