**Job Descriptions**:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in assigned section (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, or grill) according to school standards.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet hygiene and nutritional standards suitable for students and staff.
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and preparation of special dietary meals when required.
- Monitor stock usage, report shortages, and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure timely preparation and smooth meal service during school hours.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a CDP or similar role in hotels, restaurants, or institutional kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene standards, and dietary requirements for children.
- Ability to supervise junior staff and maintain a high level of kitchen discipline.
- Good organizational and time management skills, especially during peak service periods.
- Effective communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Professional, reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high service and quality standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
