Responsibilities:
1. Prepare sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation for subsale transactions.

2. Oversee and complete subsale transactions from initiation through to finalization, ensuring compliance with all bank requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for loan execution.

3. Actively update clients and all relevant parties on the status of their files, maintaining excellent communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.

4. Perform additional conveyancing tasks as assigned by the Firm.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

2. More than 1 year of relevant experience as a Conveyancing Lawyer, particularly with subsales and property transactions.

3. Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese.

4. Understand of Sub-sales SPA Agreement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
