**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site, including conducting safety briefings and training for workers
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the project team, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Leading and managing on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Keeping accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and quality control documentation.
- Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between contractors, delays, or unexpected site conditions.

**What You Bring**
- A degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in construction management, particularly in high voltage or electrical projects, is essential. Previous experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role is often preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations related to high voltage substations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
