Regional Data Analyst, Cross Border

The Cross Border Data team function within the Cross Border department's Business Operations team where they serve as the controller of information, data and knowledge of all Cross Border tech products. The team is also responsible for being the sole provider of information and data for the purpose of performance management and reporting.

The Regional Data Analyst plays an essential role in centralising data to provide internal and external stakeholders with visibility across all our cross border operational, commercial, financial and performance data.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Data Analyst (based in Singapore), the Regional Data Analyst is expected to work with various stakeholders from the Commercial, Logistics and country teams to provide actionable insights and support their data requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Reporting, Dashboarding Insights & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular operations and commercial reports and recommendations to management for discussion and implementation
- Management of data and query requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Dashboarding and dashboard maintenance
- Develop clear and well-structured analytical plans and analyse large data-sets covering operations, commercial and financial
- Identify, communicate and resolve data gaps that impact the fulfillment of the business’s functional requirements
- Work within and across the business in order to understand the business’s functional and data requirements
- ** Data Centralisation and Product Adoption**:

- Responsible for ensuring that tech products are launched and adopted, manual tracking sheets are deprecated
- Subject Matter Expert of data tables and data dictionary for crossborder product builds
- Integrate operational data and perform both real-time and batch analyses to proactively identify risks and opportunities across Ninja Van's cross-border supply chain
- Oversee adoption of crossborder tech products within the department, identifying and mitigating/ resolving user pain points
- ** Performance Management & Reporting**:

- Preparation of periodic operational, commercial and KPI reports
- Measure Performance KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a quantitative field
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python
- Relevant work or internship experience in data analytics, business intelligence or related fields
- Detail-oriented and adaptable
- Possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or an additional SEA language
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures would be preferred
