- **Program Executive Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Program Executive** to manage both **customized products** and **design-in products** from concept to delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely project completion, and handling customer needs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customized Product Management**:_
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of customized products, from initial design and specification to development, production, and final delivery.
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor products to meet these needs.
- Ensure that each customized product is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- **Design-In Product Management**:_
- Manage the integration of standard or semi-customized products (e.g., wireless modules) into customer systems.
- Collaborate with customers during the design phase to incorporate the product seamlessly into their solutions.
- Address customer technical queries, forecast demand, and monitor delivery schedules to support ongoing projects.
- **General Project Coordination**:_
- Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
- Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/EEE.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Preferably knowledge in customized product development and design-in solutions.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
