**Overall Responsibility**

Involved with specific products from their inception, specification, development, costing, production and final delivery to the customers at a budgeted cost, within planned timelines and meeting quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
- Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
- Assist in preparing competitive quotes to meet customer needs effectively.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met efficiently.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business Administration with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in project/ program management role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with overseas customers.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
