Scope: 
To handle all in-coming and out-going call courteously and in professional manner, take proper messages and transfer calls to appropriate individual. Handle in-coming documents and distributing of post and organize outgoing mails, faxes, despatch and courier services. Handle visitors courteously, making sure that they are immediately attended to. Managing the front desk reception area to ensure the environment is clean and tidy Assist in administrative duties and clerical support. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and when require
