About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business process outsourcing (BPO) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), with proven experience driving new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence globally. This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about consultative selling, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth within the outsourcing sector. What will you do: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across BPO and RPO service lines.Conduct market research and lead generation to target potential clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to prospective clients.Collaborate closely with operations, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure successful service implementation and client satisfaction.Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM tools.Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.Contribute to strategic business planning, pricing models, and revenue forecasting. Who are we looking for: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.4 - 6 years of proven business development or sales experience within the BPO or RPO industry.Strong understanding of outsourcing models, workforce solutions, and recruitment lifecycle.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven professional with a growth mindset. Preferred Skills Experience managing regional or APAC accounts.Attracting client network within the outsourcing or HR solutions space.Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
