Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) Reporting to: Customer Support Supervisor Working hours: Shift Responsibilities: Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chatEducating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platformsCommunicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chatAssisting other departments Candidate profile: Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge and experience in FX and financial markets is preferred A team player with excellent communication skillsFluency in English and Mandarin is essential as this is to support the China region.
