Responsibilities: To develop and produce engaging written, visual and video content for our website, social media platforms, blogs and email campaigns; to creating posts that align with our brands voice and driving audience engagement; to monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly; to monitor and evaluate the performance of content across channels; use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of future content; to research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.Excellent in writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc)Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).Strong conceptual skills with a passion for creating unique visual solutions.Good communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented and high dedication.Have a solid portfolio of design work.
