Position Customer Service Specialist (Malay English, Work in Office) Job Description Respond to customer inquiries and obtain customer information in a timely manner through calls, emails, and other contact tools.Resolve customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfactionRecord and submit customer complaints using the internal system according to the provided SOP.
