Job Responsibilities: - Conduct analysis on market trends/needs. - Gather information on competitor pricing/product quality. - Prepare price estimation. - Established new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. - Provide product, service to future customer quotation or prospects. - Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients. - Develop and maintain rapport on current approach/ strategy. - Attend tender interview, proposal and price review. - Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients. - Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and car construction. - Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering. - May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background.- Preferably from electrical firm, M&E consultancy group, M&E firm with sales or project experience. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. - 3-5 years of working experience in Lift industry is much preferred. - Must be willing to travel outstation. - Able to work independently.
