Position : Laboratory Testing Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Bangi, Selangor Scope of Works: Commission, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment in accordance with established procedures.Conduct laboratory testing, sample analyses, and quality checks to support project and research objectives.Collect, record, and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all results.Prepare test reports and maintain detailed documentation of laboratory activities and findings.Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards.Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., HS, mercury) using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.Participate in equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations and data management. Minimum Requirement(s): Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Science, or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a laboratory or testing environment.Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and HSE compliance standards.Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and sample analysis methods is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Additional Information: Exposure to hazardous materials requires strict adherence to PPE and safety guidelines.May be required to work in shifts or extended hours depending on project needs.
