Position IT Intern (Based in Sungai Petani) Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, software, and network configurations.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end-user technical needs.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.Support IT documentation, inventory management, and internal helpdesk activities.Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned. Job Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware.Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.Able to work both independently and in a team.Internship letter from university (if applicable).
