Position : Production Chemist cum WIM Supervisor Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Offshore Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support the operation and maintenance of offshore production systems related to the water injection system.Perform production chemistry tasks, including sampling, analysis, monitoring, and reporting to support operational integrity.Supervise water injection management activities to ensure system performance and reliability.Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and quality control processes in an accredited laboratory environment.Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve chemistry and water injection related issues.Provide technical guidance and support to operational personnel as needed. Requirement(s): Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining offshore production systems, particularly water injection systems.At least 2 years of experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.Completed formal ISO 17025 training (Understanding MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 elements).Strong analytical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in offshore environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
