* Prepare and issue accurate monthly invoices based on contracts.
* Monitor outstanding payments and update AR aging report.
* Follow up with MNC clients for overdue invoices via email and calls.
* Send SOA and reminder notices; escalate late payments when needed.
* Resolve billing discrepancies and support AP teams with required documents.
* Reconcile payments, track short payments, and prepare monthly AR reports.
* Maintain proper billing records and support audits.
