Production Supervisor/Executive

Job Description:

  1. Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, quality and quantity;
  2. Feedback and deal with all kinds of emergencies and current situations in the production line with records generated
  3. Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks;
  4. Inspected the production line; Exception handling: It is necessary to have a strong ability to cope with and respond to anomalies on site;
  5. Responsible for department staff training

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree holder
  2. At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management
  3. Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, playing a leading role in production
  4. Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
  5. Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan, China.

Skills Required:

  1. Possess analytical, management and organizational skills to lead the team
  2. Good communicate in Liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan, China and all races in Malaysia ( read and write )
