Requirements:

  • Diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in HR or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (Malaysia labor law)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Description

  • To handle site worker's disciplinary matters.
  • To initiate and assist Site Supervisors to carry out site worker's appraisal performance on yearly basis.
  • To monitor Site Supervisors to carry out worker's training.
  • To settle site worker's resignation / termination exit.
  • To assit in renewal of employee and site worker's permit / CIDB cards or other construction passes.
  • To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc.
  • To monitor daily attendance of all site employees.
  • To record and submit report on site worker's leave and attendance.
  • To organize, maintain and update site worker's information as needed.
  • To assist General Manager task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations.
  • To prepare, implement, monitor and maintain ISO quality procedures of HR department.
  • To contribute to team effort in order to accomplish expected result.
  • To provide reports to management as scheduled.
  • To undertake assignments or duties assigned by Top Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
