Business Banking Product Management

As a Business Banking Product Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial solutions that help businesses thrive. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our customers, and drive growth for the bank. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, and continually monitor and refine existing ones. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business outcomes.

What you do
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver new products and services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to launch and promote new products
- Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with preferably 2 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers
