Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley

Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 9:30AM – 6:30PM

Contract: 3 Months (Renewable)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,800
  • KPI Incentive: RM300
  • Mobile Phone Allowance: RM50
  • Annual Leave: Pro-rated (1 day per month of contract)

What You Will Do:

  • Contact existing & potential sellers to introduce platform features
  • Promote campaigns & encourage sellers to join growth programs
  • Explain benefits clearly and answer enquiries
  • Guide sellers through onboarding steps
  • Provide feedback to improve seller experience & campaign success

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Experience in telemarketing is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
