Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payments and perform data entry for invoices.
  • Prepare management accounts, bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with superiors to complete assigned tasks and perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
