Job Brief
The Operation Associate is responsible for the overall day to day operation and settlement related to reload reconciliation and/or settlement and/or user wallet adjustment . The roles also to support Assistant Manager to perform any administrative work and reporting related.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all settlement file from all channel are completely upload on daily basis
- Ensure files are reconcile on daily basis
- Proactively check and investigate exceptional transaction from the reload reconciliation
- Proactively check and investigate any variance related to settlement from any channel
- Update Reload reconciliation tracker on daily basis
- Process and generate softpin request as an when required
- Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance/ Customer (if require)
- Ensure settlement are process accurately and timely as per agreement with merchant
- Ensure all adjustment of transaction are made on timely as per SLA
- Ensure all tracker related to wallet transaction are updated daily
- Follow up issue (if any) accordingly
- Proactively escalate any issue to Assistant Manager
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration or Finance Logistics or Supply Chain or related Professional Certification.
- 1 – 2 years working experience in logistics operation management, preferably in the Finance/Banking.
