Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for an Examination Coordinator. The Examination Coordinator will oversee the scheduling, coordination, and administration of exams conducted at the training center. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with examination standards, coordinating with instructors and students, and addressing any exam-related issues. Additionally, the role involves monitoring exam procedures, providing logistical support, and maintaining confidentiality of assessment materials.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time-management skills for scheduling and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with instructors and students
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve examination-related issues
  • Ability to work on-site and engage collaboratively in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of examination processes or procedures is a plus
  • Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with database systems
  • A diploma or degree in Education, Business Administration, Aviation Management or equivalent.
