We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns & events, manage digital content and handle day-to-day marketing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of organization and basic knowledge of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and events (online and offline).
  • Manage content updates across social media and website.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases and documentation.
  • Assist with customer engagement campaigns and EDMs.
  • Track and monitor online campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Adequate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Basic experience with social media & marketing tools (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, Brevo).

Added Advantage:

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with various email marketing tools (e.g. Brevo).
  • Diploma/Degree in related fields.
