F&B Operation Supervisor at TRX

Working Time: 10am-10pm (Break: 2 Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer reception, guidance, cashier operations, and overall service delivery to ensure a prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer experience.
- Conduct routine inspections of the lobby and front-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and service standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to service staff to ensure operational consistency and professional service quality
Requirements
- Candidates in good physical health, with a presentable appearance and relevant working experience.
- Possession of a valid health certificate is mandatory.
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve operational objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
