About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. You will represent the Speedo brand by providing product knowledge, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide expert advice on Speedo products to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks.
  • Support promotional and marketing activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
  • Passionate about sports, swimming, or active lifestyles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
