Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations within the construction industry. This role ensures that materials are delivered accurately and on time to project sites, supporting smooth installation and construction progress. The position also involves assisting with general operational tasks, coordinating with factory and purchasing teams, and ensuring all transport activities meet safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is organized, physically fit, and able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules with Purchasing and Factory teams.
  • Ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of products/items to project sites.
  • Verify all items are properly secured before dispatch.
  • Ensure materials arrive on-site ahead of installation.
  • Assist with general tasks during available time slots (e.g., transporting workers for license renewals, hostel cleaning, clinic visits).
  • Arrange transportation of factory workers to hostel for cleaning once every two weeks.
  • Communicate any sudden delivery location changes to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Possess a valid GDL license.
  • Experience in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Able to understand and communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, independent, and friendly.
  • Physically fit, healthy, and free from any physical disabilities.
