About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive (FMCG) to join our team. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our key customers in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the FMCG market @ Supermarket & Minimarket. our products range @ beverage, coffee, noodle, snack, sauce, drinks etc.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers through excellent service and account management
  • Negotiating sales contracts and agreements to secure new business
  • Providing sales forecasts and reporting on sales performance
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
