Job Description

1. Construction Works

  • Read drawings, set out works
  • Ensure work on site is according to drawings
  • Calculate material quantities for ordering (through Purchasing Department)
  • Arrange construction works advised by superior
    1. Site Liason
  • Manage foreign workers, subcontractors
  • Produce site diary with worker timesheets
  • Manage machinery suppliers
  • Liase with Clients, Consultants and Main Contractors, when needed
  • Attend site meetings and escalate if needed
  • Solve problems for workers and subcontractors
  • Propose solutions for Clients, Consultants and Main Contractors
    1. Construction Documentation
  • Construction Documentation
  • Calculate site measurements
  • Ensure RFI and photos submitted for EOT
  • Compile samples for clients, get necessary approvals for site works
  • Do site measurements with Manager

Requirements

  • Pursuing Degree in Engineering (Civil) or construction-related
  • 6-day week at Jalan UThant, based on KL Site (8am-5pm)
  • 80% based on site, 20% in site office
  • Overtime pay provided when required
  • 4-8 month internship preferred

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
