Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Johor Bahru. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The specialist will provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions and actively contributing to the company's overall growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members to enhance performance and promote collaborative work environments.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
