Administrative & Office Management
- Handle all general administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and correspondence management.
- Maintain and update company documentation, licenses, and certificates.
- Prepare and issue official company letters, memos, and reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Manage staff attendance, leave applications, and related HR records.
Project Coordination Support
- Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors in preparing project documents, work orders, and material requisitions.
- Maintain project files and track progress reports, invoices, and payment claims.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for documentation and delivery arrangements.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).
Finance & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the accounting department for billings, claims, and petty cash usage.
- Support procurement documentation and verify supplier bills before submission.
Client & Vendor Communication
- Handle client calls and enquiries professionally.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotation, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and client information.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
