Administrative & Office Management

  • Handle all general administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and correspondence management.
  • Maintain and update company documentation, licenses, and certificates.
  • Prepare and issue official company letters, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave applications, and related HR records.

Project Coordination Support

  • Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors in preparing project documents, work orders, and material requisitions.
  • Maintain project files and track progress reports, invoices, and payment claims.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for documentation and delivery arrangements.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).

Finance & Documentation Support

  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for billings, claims, and petty cash usage.
  • Support procurement documentation and verify supplier bills before submission.

Client & Vendor Communication

  • Handle client calls and enquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotation, pricing, and delivery updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and client information.
  • Support management in ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
