About the role

Join TRIANON SDN BHD' as an ELV Sales Engineer and play a key role in driving the company's growth in the Kuching, Sarawak region. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing expert sales and technical support to our customers, helping them find the best ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions for their projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  2. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable ELV products and services
  3. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for customers
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery
  6. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other marketing activities to generate new leads
  7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and meet individual sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales of ELV systems or similar technical products
  2. Strong understanding of ELV technologies, including cabling, access control, surveillance and automation systems
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  6. Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
