The Opportunity

We're hiring AI Developers who can turn ambiguous business flows into robust, observable agentic systems. You'll design, implement, and scale multi-agent workflows that coordinate LLMs, classical ML, tools/APIs, and orchestration layers (e.g., n8n, Airflow) to drive real outcomes for customers in Malaysia and across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Design agentic systems that implement the O-D-A-L loop (Observe–Decide–Act–Learn) for use cases like:
  • Inventory & procurement: demand forecasting, dynamic reorder thresholds, auto-PO via WeChat/WeCom.
  • Marketing: trend scraping, creative generation, budget reallocation, performance guardrails.
  • Customer Service: multilingual assistants across WhatsApp/Web/Shopee with policy-grounded actions.
  • Pricing & recommendations: elasticity-aware price updates, PDP/cart bundles, CLV-driven offers.
  • Reporting & finance: narrative BI, variance alerts, budget controls.
  • Build tool-using agents that call external APIs safely (Shopify/Woo/Shopee/Lazada, Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API, WeCom, ERP/POS, GA4, BI).
  • Own orchestration with n8n/Airflow (retries, backoff, idempotency, SLAs) and create human-in-the-loop approval steps for high-risk actions (maker–checker).
  • Engineer retrieval & memory (RAG/feature stores) with robust prompting, function calling, and tool schemas; design content filters/guardrails for safety.
  • Ship ML components (forecasting, pricing, recommender, CLV segmentation) and wire them into production workflows; monitor drift and tune retrains.
  • Productionize: logging, tracing, observability dashboards, offline/online evals, A/Bs, and rollback switches.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to translate flows into specs, acceptance criteria, and measurable KPIs.
  • Harden for compliance (PDPA), data minimization, PII masking, secrets management (without embedding credentials in code).
