- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma or Degree
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Marketing / Business Development or Equivalent.
- To liaise with relevant departments or section for their forward arrangement of packing material, fixing delivery date for confirmed orders, containers space calculation and where necessary to communicate with customer to adjust order to suit container space etc.
- Draft and reply to customer's inquiries, acknowledge receipt T/T payment and advice customers the tentative shipment date for their order.
- Attend sales/production meeting and take minutes of the meeting and follow-up to matters brought up during the meeting.
- To issue Proforma Invoice and Delivery Instruction and follow-up closely on payment terms. Need to check all Proforma Invoice and Delivery Instruction by Sales Clerk to ensure all are in good order.
- Supervise and monitor Sales Clerk daily job assignment where necessary to do some forward planning and arrangement for issuing of Delivery Instruction to relevant departments.
