Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Discovery & Technical Design

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, workflows, and technical environments.
  • Design solution architectures, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks tailored to client operations.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with enterprise clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom demo environments and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for tenders or pilot programs.

2. Pre-Sales & RFP Participation

  • Support the business development team in preparing solution proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  • Craft compelling technical presentations and demos that communicate the value proposition clearly to decision-makers.
  • Participate in bid clarifications, BAFO sessions, and other client-facing solution discussions.
  • Define Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing configurations, and technical compliance matrices for enterprise bids.

3. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and scalable.
  • Work with integration partners to align third-party systems into overall architecture.
  • Support channel partners and system integrators in understanding and representing POMEN's solutions.

4. Technical Advisory & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with industry trends — IoT, telematics, predictive maintenance, AI/ML in operations, and ESG reporting.
  • Advise management on competitive analysis, feature differentiation, and product positioning.
  • Gather client insights to feed into the product roadmap and innovation pipeline.
