Senior Product Executive (Electrical Appliances)

Location: Kuala Lumpur Corporate Office

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Executive to lead product category performance for our electrical and home appliances division.

You will play a key role in driving category profitability, supplier negotiation, and product strategy execution.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead category strategy and growth planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

* Drive pricing, margin, and product lifecycle strategies to achieve KPIs.

* Conduct detailed market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

* Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, and promotional support with suppliers.

* Oversee purchase planning and stock allocation across outlets.

* Work with Marketing & Sales to plan campaigns and trade promotions.

* Analyze category performance reports and make improvement recommendations.

* Guide and support junior product executives when needed.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

* Minimum 2–4 years' experience in product/category management, preferably in electrical/home appliances industry.

* Strong negotiation, commercial, and supplier management skills.

* Excellent analytical and Excel skills.

* Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

* Self-driven, data-focused, and able to lead initiatives independently.
