As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across various channels (email, Whatsapp, social media chat). You'll assist with product inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
Job Descriptions:
We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Management Specialist to join our expanding Evo Commerce team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for our brands across Singapore and Malaysia. This predominantly includes identifying and liaising with suitable influencers across different markets, ideating new content brief ideas and reviewing video drafts to ensure it meets business needs and to create buzz-worthy content.
- Influencer Outreach & Management (80%) - Identifying suitable content creators/influencers across Evo brands and markets, researching best practices from other brands that have launched similar campaigns and finding inspiration to continuously build evergreen and seasonal campaigns. Able to track campaign performance and manage influencer budgets on a regular basis to ensure earned media value is maximised through these investments.
- Creative Ideation & Development (20%) - Brainstorming and content ideation alongside brand managers, writing clear and effective briefs and being socially savvy to know the latest trends on various social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Communication & Relationship Building - Building, maintaining and growing relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and partners is key. Coordinating campaign schedules with both internal and external parties.
Job Requirements:
- A degree, some prior experience in marketing and working with influencers in consumer goods with beauty/lifestyle brands or creative/influencer agencies is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Creative in nature; generating ideas, concepts and solutions Savvy with major social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin / Bahasa Malay) written and visual communication
- Be truly collaborative, able to work with brand managers & creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas (physical or with remote teams) – you should be able to work independently should the project require
- Great people skills, thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines, especially in a startup environment
- Experience with simple content creation, video editing and design on Canva is a plus
- Analytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign performance
