hr & admin manager

- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law.
- Handle staff disciplinary matters, counselling, and grievance management.
- Support management in manpower planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Supervise office administration, including purchasing, utilities, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or palm oil industry).
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
