  • Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour law.
  • Handle staff disciplinary matters, counselling, and grievance management.
  • Support management in manpower planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Supervise office administration, including purchasing, utilities, maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in manufacturing or palm oil industry).
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
