Job Overview

We are seeking Marketing Executives with strategic thinking and execution skills to help promote our professional services, increase brand exposure, and enhance customer awareness. You will collaborate with the consulting team to develop marketing plans, organize project results, and assist in professional seminars and content dissemination, conveying our professional value to the construction, engineering, and developer communities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute the company's marketing activities within the Malaysian construction, engineering, and legal industries.

Plan content marketing, including case studies, industry articles, and professional Q&A sessions, to enhance brand credibility.

Assist in organizing project results, client feedback, and customer success stories for use in marketing materials.

Maintain social media accounts (LinkedIn/Facebook) and update them regularly.

Plan and organize seminars, industry talks, and client workshops to expand the potential client base.

Assist in designing promotional copy, company profiles, newsletters, and service lists.

Collaborate with the sales team to collect client data and market feedback to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Assist in establishing partnerships with construction associations, industry platforms, and developer associations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

At least one year of B2B marketing experience (professional services preferred)

Fluent English and good written communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese a plus)

Familiarity with basic graphic editing tools

Some understanding of or willingness to further develop professional expertise in fields such as architecture, engineering, and legal consulting

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments

Sharp thinking, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently with limited guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
