Your new role
The Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leader serves as a strategic partner to the business and a key member of the Global People Leadership Team. This role drives organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and business alignment for a fast-paced, high-performance proprietary trading environment. The HRBP Leader partners closely with the CPO and collaborates with all HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) - including Total Rewards & Performance, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, and People Operations - to deliver integrated people solutions that enable the firm's trading, technology, and operations teams to perform at their best. This individual will also lead the global OKR and performance enablement process, ensuring HR priorities and business goals are tightly aligned across regions and functions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role within a proprietary trading, fintech, or high-growth technology environment. Hedge fund exposure will be an added advantage.
- Proven success partnering with executives to scale teams, influence business outcomes, and manage change in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, performance frameworks, and organizational analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead OKR and performance management systems end-to-end.
- Experience working cross-functionally with CoEs (Total Rewards, TA, L&D, Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Global exposure and ability to navigate diverse market and cultural contexts.
