We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Leader who can manage daily warehouse operations while actively working on the ground with the team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse assistants in daily operations.
  • Perform hands-on tasks including receiving, picking, packing, labelling, and stock movement.
  • Ensure accurate stock counts, timely replenishment, and proper inventory control.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound processes to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Monitor KPIs such as fulfilment accuracy, turnaround time, and stock variance.
  • Work closely with Procurement and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Train new team members and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Able to use basic warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, scanning devices) or willing to learn quickly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
