Key Responsibilities

1. Operation & Maintenance

  • Perform regular inspection, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, compressors, water supply systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of new installations or refurbished systems.

2. Facilities Support

  • Monitor mechanical systems to ensure compliance with performance standards.
  • Support improvement and energy-saving initiatives for mechanical operations.
  • Carry out minor fabrication, welding, and mechanical fitting tasks as needed.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct routine checks on safety equipment (e.g., fire pumps, sprinklers, exhaust systems).
  • Report any faults, hazards, or unsafe practices to supervisors promptly.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities through logbooks or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Prepare reports on breakdowns, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Assist in spare parts inventory management and requisition.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, and M&E technicians for integrated facilities support.
  • Supervise and monitor contractors/vendors performing specialized mechanical works.
  • Provide technical support during facility audits and inspections.

Additional Requirements:

Age: 18-30 years old
