It specializes in custom web and mobile applications, API development, data analytics, and workflow automation for industries like healthcare, telecom, and utilities. The company promotes a culture of openness, trust, and innovation.

They are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements, provide accurate estimates, and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in Azure data services, data pipelines, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Build and optimize Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures
  • Query and process data using PySpark and T-SQL
  • Optimize performance for large-scale data workflows
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation
  • Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong SQL skills across major RDBMS
  • Python for Spark data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Synapse (essential) and Fabric (preferred)
  • ETL/ELT pipeline design using Data Factory
  • Experience with on-prem SQL and SSIS
  • Basic C# for Azure Functions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps)
